These terms cover using Klipz as a merchant. As a customer using a Klipz pass, only the merchant's own terms apply — we have no direct contract with you.
What Klipz is
Klipz is a digital stamp card tool. We provide a QR poster, an Apple Wallet pass template, and an iPhone app to scan. We are not a payment provider, not a CRM, and not a marketing tool.
Price and billing
From 59 DKK per location per month, billed monthly in advance. Invoice sent by email. No lock-in — you can cancel from one day to the next.
Your responsibility as a merchant
You are responsible for redeeming the reward (the free coffee) when the customer shows a completed card. You're also responsible for keeping enough posters at the counter and scanning customers correctly.
Our responsibility
We are responsible for keeping the app working, the passes updating, and your data safe. We guarantee 99.9% uptime. For downtime over 1 hour per month, that month is free.
Limitation of liability
Our liability is limited to the subscription fee for the most recent month. We are not liable for lost revenue, customer relationships, or other indirect damages.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Danish law. Any disputes will be settled at Copenhagen City Court.
