Privacy policy
Klipz is built on the principle that we store as little about you as possible. This page explains in plain language exactly what we collect, why, and what you can do about it.
What we collect about customers
Almost nothing. When you add a Klipz pass to Apple Wallet, we only store an anonymous ID for your pass and a stamp counter. We don't store your name, email, phone number, or location.
What we collect about merchants
Shop name, owner name and email (for support), VAT/CVR number (for billing), and your card configuration. We don't share this data with third parties.
Where data is stored
With Supabase in Frankfurt, Germany. Data never leaves the EU. We don't use American cloud providers for customer data.
How long we keep data
Stamp counters are deleted 12 months after the last stamp. Merchant data is deleted 30 days after cancellation. Invoice data we keep for 5 years as required by Danish bookkeeping law.
Your rights
You can request access to, deletion of, or export of your data any time. Email privacy@klipz.dk. We reply within 14 days.
Complaints
If you believe we're handling your data wrongly, you can file a complaint with the Danish Data Protection Authority (datatilsynet.dk).
