Print at 100% on card stock and cut along the grey lines. Give each card a number and write it down when you sell it. For a file, choose “Save as PDF” in the print window. If the background colour is missing, turn on “Background graphics”.

How it works

  1. Print on card stock

    Card of 250 to 300 gsm feels like a real gift card. Print at 100% and cut along the grey lines.

  2. Fill it in at the counter

    Write the recipient, the expiry date and a number on the card when you sell it. If the amount isn't printed, write that too.

  3. Keep track of the numbers

    Write the number, value and date in a list. Cross the card out when it is used, so it can't be used twice.

Is the template free?
Yes. You don't sign up or give your email. The gift card is made in your browser, and nothing is sent to us.
How do I stop gift card fraud?
Give each card a number, and write the number, value and date in a list when you sell it. Cross it out when the card is used.
What paper should I use?
Card of 250 to 300 gsm. For a gift card that feels extra nice, pick a paper with a matt finish.
Can Klipz make digital gift cards?
Not with an amount on them. With a one-time membership you can give a single item, say a free coffee, that lives in the customer's wallet and is scanned at the counter.
