Print at 100% on card stock and cut along the grey lines. For a file, choose “Save as PDF” in the print window. If the background colour is missing, turn on “Background graphics”.

How it works

  1. Print on card stock

    Card of 250 to 300 gsm lasts best in a wallet. Print at 100% so the cards come out the right size.

  2. Cut the cards out

    Cut along the grey lines. One sheet gives ten business-card-size cards, 85 × 55 mm.

  3. Stamp or tick

    Use a stamp or a signature only the shop has, and write the customer's name on the card.

When a paper card is not enough

A paper card is a fine way to start. But it gets left at home, it cannot get a message, and you cannot see who comes back. With Klipz the card lives in the wallet already on your customer's phone.

Is the template free?
Yes. You don't sign up or give your email. The card is made in your browser, and nothing is sent to us.
What is the difference between a stamp card and a punch card?
On a stamp card the customer collects stamps and gets a reward at the end, say the tenth coffee free. A punch card is paid for up front, and you punch one space per visit.
What paper should I use?
Card of 250 to 300 gsm lasts best. Ordinary printer paper works too, but the card wears out sooner.
How many stamps should there be?
Many choose 8 or 10. Think about how often the customer comes: with a coffee a day, 10 stamps fill up in two weeks.
How do I stop cheating with paper cards?
Use a stamp or a signature only you have, and write the customer's name on the card. A paper card is never fully safe. A digital card is scanned at the counter.
Can I have the card digitally instead?
